This was the first time I had ever been tide pooling and I had a BLAST going to La Jolla and tide pooling! As you might be able to tell I was a little excited!
I had no fear to touch anything! I just stuck my hand in when i thought something looked interesting. The thing I liked the best was all the sea anemones! they were soo cool. I cant even describe how much i loved them. The best part of them i think was when I got to just sit down in a quiet place and see how they interact with a hermit crab.
Another thing that was pretty cool was the star fish. this was the only one i got to see though. :(

My whole family was so lucky to get to go do this with my Grandma Janice and Grandpa Tony. I am so grateful for the things they do with us, and it makes amazing memories that I will never forget.

Sometimes, people might take for granted the beauty that we have around us. Take pride in the things you do. Make everyday count and live it to the fullest.
Don't forget the world around you because some things are so beautiful but they pass you by quickly, so don't hesitate to take time and smell the roses. Lastly i encourage everyone to go tide pooling! It opened a new idea for my future. I have never doubted the fact that I want to become a teacher but now seeing how much i loved this I'm thinking of a new career path that would be super fun. Seeing the animals in their natural environment made me wonder so much and i am considering a new path for my future now.
