On Friday it was my birthday! The big 14! I was really excited and I knew it would be fun because there was going to be a Halloween Dance at school. I was all dressed up as an 80's punk rocker and was ready for school. 
I wish I had pictures of my day but I didn't know I could bring a camera. :( Well anyways The Dance was a ton of fun. I was in the "Spooky Stage" in the beginning and actually did scare some people which I liked. Then after that I got to go out into the actual dance. It was so fun there was a DJ going with all the cool lights, food, prize wheels, crowns and lots of yummy treats. When I was walking out of the spooky stage a lady from the office came up to me and said... "Are you Mackenzie? Because there is a huge thing of balloons in the office for you." I was so excited! I went out of the Dance and into the office to find a bouquet of balloons waiting for me. The card said "Happy Birthday Belly! We love you!" I was so happy and I tied them around my hand and got to wear them for the rest of the Dance. Everybody kept telling me happy birthday and it was so much fun. My friends and I had such a great time dancing around and cracking up. Then when the dance was over I helped clean up a little then went with Mom, Dad, and Brandon to Golden Dragon. (that's the little Chinese place by Upper Crust) Anyways it was a really fun day and I got home and was so happy to read my email and see all the birthday comments people said and I was just so happy to know how much people love me. It meant a lot to receive all the comments and cards. I will post some pictures of my birthday weekend in some other posts.
