My not so great weekend...

So on Thursday Dad and Brandon left early for the desert and Mom and I were going to leave on Friday after mom was done with work. So Friday came and I didn't go to school, which ended up being a really good thing. Towards noon I started getting really tired and I wasn't feeling well so I laid on the couch and watched tv. Then Mom took my temperature and to our surprise I had a fever! So Friday's plans of going to the desert for us was shot. Then I woke up Saturday Morning and I felt ok so Mom and I took the dogs and we headed out. As we were about halfway there I started feeling bad again. We got to camp and I wasn't feeling well, I unfortunately didn't get to go on any rides and neither did mom. Then for the remainder of the evening I was in the trailer running a fever. Mom and I left early Sunday morning because I was still sick. Then Monday came I still wasn't feeling well so I stayed home again. As it turns there is a very goo d chance I had the Swine Flu because a lot of kids at my school were tested positive for Influenza A which doctors are treating as if it were Swine Flu.
So even though I wasn't there here is a picture of all our friends on a ride. And P.S. - Happy Late Birthday to Gavin and Grandma
And P.P.S- My birthday is tomorrow!!!

Thursday night

Last night Brandon and Dad where gone, because they left early for the desert. So mom told me she was taking me somewhere. She wouldn't tell me but I wanted to know so bad! And then when she pulled into the parking lot of a nail salon boy was I ecstatic! However, I was having trouble believing that she was really taking me because she never takes me to get my nails done so this was a big treat.
And oh so relaxing too. They let me and mom sit in a massage chair and put our feet in warm water. And I love my toes! They have a neon pink french manicure with white polka dots! I love the nail salon, but those Chinese ladies are sure hard to comprehend!
P.S.~ 7 days til' my birthday!

The low down...

Alright so here's the low down. I am so beyond sick of logging on to my blog and seeing that I haven't done anything. But really it's because I haven't done anything really interesting.
However I did do some stuff. So on Saturday We went down to Gramie and Papa's House to take Grandma Cathy to lunch for her birthday. It was really fun, we went to Fidel's Mexican restaurant and then did a little shopping. After that we went back to Gramie's house and Grandma, Brandon, and I played tonk. Guess who won? Oh well yes of course that would be me! Anyway while we were there Grandma gave me this jacket that George had gotten for her in Texas but it was to small so they gave it to me. I love it! It is one of the most comfortable jackets ever!

Also last Friday we issued out our first school newspaper. I will admit though, I was a little disappointed in the comments people where making about it though. Hopefully it will get better, I mean come on it was the first issue ever! Another cool thing I thought I would share is my Sony Digital Book Reader Touch. I have mentioned it before in another post but I thought I would show you.

I really enjoy reading off of this but I still need to figure out a few more things.

Are you ready for Halloween? I sort of am, October has flown by so quickly! I decided that this year I am going to be an 80's punk rocker, or at least that's what mom calls it. She says I will have the kind of look like Cyndi Lauper. That's why I have some of her songs on my play list if you were wondering.

P.S. ~ My birthday is in 8 days!

How have I been?

(Here is a very weird picture of me, just thought you would enjoy seeing me)

Well, as you can see I haven't been blogging much. Now that school is back in session I find it just a tad bit harder to keep all my posts updated. I have been sorta busy lately with all this school stuff and busy weekends I forget to find time to do what I really love, Blog! So how have I been you ask? Well here's how: Brandon got sick on Friday (he's still sick by the way) and it's now catching up to me slowly. I had a newspaper meeting today at lunch. Newspaper is not as fun as I expected but it is fun. My partner however is so not the person I would have picked she doesn't really contribute at all unless I make her. The article is not that interesting for the first edition but it will get better. I have a drama club meeting tomorrow as we create our spooky stage for our school's social. I have a ASB meeting on Wednesday after school to make crowns for the social. The rough draft of my Fictional Narrative is due on Friday. I have been doing a lot better in math thanks to Christie. I got 100% two tests in a row, and only missed 2 on the quiz I took on Friday. I am studying the periodic table of elements in science and love it! And I think i have a science club meeting tomorrow at lunch. Yesterday i purchased a Sony Digital Reader Touch and it is really cool. I am still learning how to use it though. Last Saturday I babysat Evan and got $20 so it was so worth it. We also went to dinner and a movie with the Garcias. So obviously I have a lot going on at the moment but I will be blogging as soon as something good comes up.

Fallbrook game!

On Saturday Brandon had a soccer game in Fallbrook which ended up working very well. Grandpa Tom got to come to the game! It was so nice to see him again, I missed him so much. A little after Grandpa got there, Masyn and Grandma Cathy came too! It was so much fun to see everyone. Brandon was super happy. While they had there game going, some of the other kids not playing Selena, Vincent, Lauren, Masyn, Selena's little sister, me, and some other guy who i have no clue what his name is starting playing together. I was first just kicking the soccer balls back and forth with Masyn and Lauren and then we decided to play soccer with Vincent.
I was getting hyper so as you can see above I was in the middle of "I scored a goal" dance! Then Grandpa starting getting in the game too and that was a lot of fun.

After all that playing Lauren, Masyn and I quit and started spinning in circles! We got so dizzy! Unfortunately Brandon's team lost their game but they did pretty good. The kids they were playing were all-stars and were HUGE 7th graders! So unfair but anyways...When the game was over we had snack day so mom brought the boys soccer cupcakes and let me tell you they really liked them! They were all pulling each other's pants down get to the cupcakes and it was pretty funny!

After the game was over and everyone was staring to head home, Brandon, Masyn, Mom, Grandma Cathy, Grandpa Tom, Dad, and I went to Rosa's Mexican Food! It was really good. All in I am really glad we had a Fallbrook game because I got to spend time with my family and have some fun playing with people.

Bear with me..

Please bear with me. I can't decided if I should go with a fun/cute background or a Halloween background. I really want Halloween but little old me can't stand looking at the same background on my blog for long periods of time. So as I continue to change it constantly please just bear with me.
