The next day was 4th of July and as always we spent the day at Aunt Julie's house. Filled with laughter, a newly thumb-sucking baby, super strange weather and good food it was surly a great time.
Finally, last Friday i had invited my friend Sarah to come over to my Aunt's house with me so she could make a really cute purse with us! Who would have though some hand towels, thread, and bamboo handles could make something so stinkin' cute! And I must mention the fact that my cousin, Nolan is in LOVE with Sarah. It was definitely a sight to see, a 2 year old boy in the back seat singing, "I like Sarah...I like Sarah!" over and over again.
My July has been fun so far and i look forward to much more to come! Hopefully I won't be so behind on my blogging from now on, but no promises. And just in case I am super behind some things i have to look forward to is making a sun dress, Masyn's 7th birthday party and hopefully making another quilt. And I have to thank you Aunt Julie, if it weren't for you I would probably be sitting at home all day and i would have never found my love for quilting. Thank you for everything you've done with me so far this summer.
