Happy Chelsie Isa Day!

Chelsie Isa is one of my cousins and she was the former Miss Pride of Vista. The major of Vista proclaimed that today, Thursday May 28 is Chelsie Isa Day! So don't forget to think about her!
(PS: I stole my aunt julie's picture for this) :)
